ERP Considerations
 

RPM/HUB integrates seamlessly with virtually every commercially available ERP. Interfaces between RPM Composite Applications are generic and as new ERPs are added minimal integration is required.

 

Non-Matching: Rules, Routes, & User Interfaces

 

RPM Composite Applications fully automates non-matching transaction types. In addition to routing based on DOA, all transactions can be routed for approval based on a specific person in either an ad hoc or automated fashion.

 
Matching: Rules, Routes, & User Interfaces
 

Matching is traditionally a function of PO based invoice transaction processing. RPM/HUB uses intelligent rules processing to route exceptions, whether they are paper based or einvoice exceptions, that require matching against a PO. EDI matching functionality is built into all RPM AP Composite Applications. Additional transaction sources can be implemented into RPM/HUB when needed.

 

Data Capture: Paper, Data Import, & Online Forms

 

Data capture includes scanning, OCR, and zone-based data entry. Data import includes all types of EDI matching, electronic invoicing, supplier portal, web based invoices, BtoB portals, and data for credit card reconciliations as examples.

 

Supplier/Vendor Portal

 

RPM/SP, our Supplier Portal, can be used to provide many advantages to your company. You gain absolute control of:

Auto-Generating

 

Auto-Generating functionality requires data beyond basic ERP integration. This includes vendor look up and G/L validation versus receiving and PO information. Functionality should be incorporated after matching functionality has been added because required data lookups are complete. These features should be incorporated on a one-by-one basis depending on cost justification.

 

Web-based invoice submission and einvoice functionality can also be included in the RPM HUB.
